To help you understand all costs associated with your project, we’ll go over project costs based on your design, scope of work, and material allowances. Together, we’ll create a budget that works for you and your goals.

Material Selection

Advising you on the best products to complete your vision

Pre-construction

Much of a project’s success comes down to planning. At Dercon, we take pride in our ability to proactively streamline the construction process through ample advanced planning. During the pre-construction phase, we’ll order all materials and create a detailed construction schedule, ensuring you always know where we are in the process.

Step 6

Construction

Building your dream with ongoing communication, updates & project management

As construction begins on your project, the Dercon team will stay in regular contact with you to communicate our progress and update you on any unexpected items that arise. If you have any questions or concerns during construction, your project manager will be happy to provide answers and guidance.

Step 7

Completion

Confirming your ultimate satisfaction

Time to finalize the last few details, clean up, and ensure your ultimate satisfaction. We are committed to exceeding your expectations with our service, process, and products before, during, and after construction.

The entire experience was very smooth.

We've engaged Dercon Construction for a couple of projects over the years, the most recent one to replace some exterior doors on our mid 80s built house. The entire experience was very smooth. The initial meeting to discuss our options and plan were very well prepared.

When it came time to have the doors installed the team was prompt and completed the work as planned. There were a couple of loose ends to tie up in post but those were addressed right away.

Overall we're very pleased with the work that has been completed. We would highly recommend Dercon Construction.
